Position Overview

The role of the Construction Project Coordinator at W & M Wire & Metal Product Ltd. involves overseeing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in construction management.
Work Environment

This position is primarily based in an urban setting, focusing on commercial and industrial construction projects.

Financial Oversight

The budgetary responsibility for projects ranges from $1,500,001 to $4,000,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit detailed budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Recruit and manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules, monitoring progress closely.
  • Draft contracts and negotiate necessary amendments.
  • Establish quality control policies and procedures.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Manage project budgets efficiently.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and land.
  • Implement quality assurance programs.
  • Analyze project data and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Direct daily operations, ensuring effective organization and control.
Team Leadership

This role involves supervising a team of approximately 11 to 15 individuals.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word is required.

Work Conditions

The work environment is fast-paced, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
