Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Iron Shoring Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates to stakeholders
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to support project operations
  • Hire and supervise subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control to ensure high-quality work
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure accurate project planning
  • Plan and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions to support project operations
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality work
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions
  • Prepare reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance
