About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused New Home Sales Administrator to join our team at Mattamy Homes. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Sales Consultants, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a representative of Mattamy Homes, providing a professional and courteous first point of contact for prospective purchasers.
  • Prepare and maintain all purchaser files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Enter homeowner information into our corporate database, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Prepare and distribute Purchase and Sale Agreements, Amendments, and related documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Consultants, including scheduling appointments and coordinating showings.
  • Ensure the Sales Centre is clean, fully stocked, and presentable at all times.
  • Perform other office duties as required, including data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • Availability to work in-person, evenings, and weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to travel to different GTA Sales Offices as requested.
  • Strong customer service background with prior experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to greet and address individuals in a professional manner.
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • University or College graduate.
