About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused New Home Sales Administrator to join our team at Mattamy Homes. As a key member of our sales office, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Sales Consultants, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective purchasers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage incoming emails and telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain all purchaser files, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Enter homeowner information into our corporate database, ensuring data integrity.
  • Prepare and maintain all sales-related documents, including Purchase and Sale Agreements.
  • Track customer interactions in our database, providing valuable insights for our sales team.
  • Ensure the sales centre is clean, fully stocked, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; university or college education an asset.
  • Strong customer service background with prior experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with experience in database management an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
