Job Title: Account Executive

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling business consulting services to small to medium-sized businesses across Ontario. This is a work-from-home inside sales position with occasional in-person client visits. Your primary focus will be on new business development for our recently launched new product offering. This role offers a competitive base salary of $60,000, plus commission, with the potential for first-year on-target earnings of $100,000+.

Our client has been providing business coaching, consulting, and financial planning since 2014, to Canadian small to medium-sized businesses. They have recently launched a new division that offers a series of workshops, events, and consulting packages at various price points. Their corporate culture is one of high integrity, with a focus on helping businesses succeed. Their typical client base is companies with 4 – 30 employees across all industries.

Office Location and Sales Territory

Head Office – Barrie, Ontario

Ontario Wide – GTA Primarily

Experience, Background, and Education Requirements
  • Three to five years of experience in B2B solution-based selling
  • Experience selling consulting, corporate coaching, Tax Planning, franchise sales, company health benefit plans, SRED, marketing strategy, and alike is ideal
Technical Skills
  • Average Computer Skills
  • MS Office
  • Zoom/Teams: Basic
