New Home Sales Administrator

About the Role
The New Home Sales Administrator is a key member of our sales team, responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Sales Consultants. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a representative of Mattamy Homes, providing a warm and welcoming experience for prospective homebuyers.
- Manage incoming emails and telephone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including Purchase and Sale Agreements and related documents.
- Enter homeowner information into our corporate database, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Prepare and maintain all purchaser files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Track customer interactions, providing valuable insights for our sales team.
- Ensure the Sales Centre is clean, fully stocked, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Availability to work in-person, evenings, and weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to travel to different GTA Sales Offices as required.
- Strong customer service background, with prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Outgoing personality, with the ability to greet and address individuals in a professional manner.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.
