Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of contact center policies and software, including CRM, phone systems, and data entry software.
Working Conditions

This is an internal position for all UFCW Impark employees. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer inquiries and transactions simultaneously.
