About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cook to join our team at RK Pizza Inc. as an Executive Chef. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Order supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
