Canadian Blood Services is seeking a Regular full-time Program Clerk - General to enhance our Donor Relations & Collections East division. This role is pivotal in providing essential administrative assistance to support various program initiatives within the Supply Chain Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your exceptional customer service abilities to deliver clerical and administrative support across different departments as required. Employ your administrative expertise to manage and disseminate departmental matrices, competency lists, controlled documents/binders, and annual signature lists. Assist with records management, including the packing, shipping, and retrieval of offsite storage records. Leverage your strong organizational skills to perform timekeeping tasks, support trainers, and generate necessary reports. Undertake additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Completion of secondary education in a relevant field. A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an administrative office setting. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with SAP Payroll is considered an asset. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A keen attention to detail is essential.Benefits:
