Position Overview

The Property Management Coordinator at MANOR PARK MANAGEMENT plays a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of our properties. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a keen understanding of property management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in property management or a related field
Work Environment

Our team operates within a dynamic property management company, where teamwork and collaboration are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and oversee rental agents and building superintendents
  • Negotiate and finalize rental agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions
  • Manage and supervise support staff engaged in operational, clerical, or maintenance tasks
  • Draft and manage contracts for property-related services, including maintenance
  • Coordinate the execution of repairs, maintenance, and renovations
  • Maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, and electronic mail
Transportation and Travel

Access to public transportation is available for commuting.
