Position Overview

The role of a Property Management Administrator at MANOR PARK MANAGEMENT involves overseeing various aspects of property operations, ensuring efficient management and tenant satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

This position is situated within property management firms, providing a dynamic and engaging work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and oversee rental agents and building superintendents.
  • Facilitate negotiations or approvals for property rentals or leases on behalf of property owners.
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreement terms.
  • Manage and supervise support staff responsible for operational, clerical, or maintenance tasks.
  • Draft and manage contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate the execution of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of operating expenses and income.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, and electronic mail systems.
Transportation Information

Public transportation options are readily available for commuting.
