The role of a Property Management Coordinator at MANOR PARK MANAGEMENT involves overseeing various aspects of property operations to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
This position is situated within property management firms, where collaboration and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and manage rental agents and building superintendents.
- Facilitate negotiations or approvals for property rentals or leases on behalf of the property owner.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreement terms.
- Oversee and direct support staff engaged in operational, clerical, or maintenance tasks.
- Draft and manage contracts for property-related services, including maintenance.
- Coordinate the execution of repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of operating expenses and income.
Supervision of a team comprising 3-4 individuals.
Technical ProficiencyFamiliarity with the following software is essential:
- MS Word
- Electronic mail systems
- MS Excel
- MS Office Suite
Access to public transportation is readily available.
Work ConditionsThe role is characterized by a fast-paced environment requiring meticulous attention to detail.

A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years of relevant experience is required.
