Position Overview

The role of a Property Management Coordinator at MANOR PARK MANAGEMENT involves overseeing various aspects of property operations to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Work Environment

This position is situated within property management firms, where collaboration and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage rental agents and building superintendents.
  • Facilitate negotiations or approvals for property rentals or leases on behalf of the property owner.
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreement terms.
  • Oversee and direct support staff engaged in operational, clerical, or maintenance tasks.
  • Draft and manage contracts for property-related services, including maintenance.
  • Coordinate the execution of repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of operating expenses and income.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervision of a team comprising 3-4 individuals.

Technical Proficiency

Familiarity with the following software is essential:

  • MS Word
  • Electronic mail systems
  • MS Excel
  • MS Office Suite
Transportation and Travel

Access to public transportation is readily available.

Work Conditions
