Office Administration Supervisor

The Administrative Operations Manager will oversee and enhance the administrative functions within Orange Beans Villa Development & Management Company Ltd. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all administrative services are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Education: A degree from a College/CEGEP or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
- Administrative Coordination: Manage and coordinate various administrative services.
- Financial Management: Collect and document administrative and service fees, assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Staff Management: Direct and advise personnel involved in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire, train, and arrange training for staff members.
- Project Management: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Knowledge Management: Oversee knowledge management initiatives.
- Event Management: Organize and manage events.
