Qualifications- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
- Coordinate various administrative services to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collect and document administrative and service fees accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial plans and budgets.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily administrative operations.
- Guide and advise staff involved in records management, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
- Oversee corporate governance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet organizational needs.
- Conduct interviews and provide comprehensive training for new hires.
- Manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare detailed reports and briefs for management committees regarding administrative services.
- Facilitate knowledge management and event coordination.
- Criminal record check is required.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong leadership capabilities.
