Administrative Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team's administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to multitask, and have excellent time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures and protocols
- Review and evaluate existing administrative processes
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure compliance with established procedures
- Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation as required
- Provide training and support to staff members
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma
- Experience: 1-2 years in an administrative role
- Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Language: English
