Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Representative to join our team at Moneris. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the regional market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed sales targets in the regional market.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients and prospects.
Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reporting to ensure timely and accurate sales performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Fluent in English and French (reading, writing, and verbal).
