Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing strategic guidance, technical support, and business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on how to optimize the use of our solutions and achieve their business objectives.
- Technical Support: Offer technical support and training to customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our solutions.
- Business Insights: Analyze customer data and provide business insights to help customers make informed decisions.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure retention, growth, and advocacy.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in logistics and supply chain.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 CAD plus 20% variable commission.
