Position Overview:

As a pivotal leader within Apple, you will play a crucial role in steering the direction of our retail operations across the nation.

Your leadership will not only inspire your team but also foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for coaching and developing a diverse group of leaders, ensuring they embody the values and performance standards expected at Apple.


Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:
# Cultivate and guide a high-performing team focused on driving Apple's business objectives and maximizing revenue potential nationwide.
# Ensure seamless business operations and an exceptional customer experience through your dedicated leadership and exemplary role modeling.
# Provide motivation and support to team members by clearly communicating individual and collective goals, identifying mentoring opportunities, and implementing developmental programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
# Hold your team accountable for maintaining Apple’s merchandising standards and ensuring all product displays are current and compliant with company guidelines.
# Forge strong relationships with national partners and senior leadership to create collaborative sales, marketing, and business strategies that promote Apple products and accessories.
# Maintain an external focus by analyzing competitive market data, offering valuable insights and recommendations to influence internal strategies and enhance performance.
# Engage with key stakeholders beyond your immediate area to develop comprehensive strategies and build divisional plans based on commercial analysis.
# Leverage your extensive business acumen and credibility to anticipate needs, propose innovative solutions, and drive organizational change.

Minimum Qualifications:

Typically requires a minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and nurture inclusive teams while attracting and retaining top talent through effective performance management and coaching.

Proven success in leading other leaders.
Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills.
Effective communication abilities, fostering strong relationships both internally and externally through trust and integrity.
Capacity to motivate and inspire others, clearly articulating vision and purpose while advocating for Apple's core values.

Passion for continuous improvement, with a keen eye for identifying gaps, resilience in navigating ambiguity, and a drive to optimize processes and develop solutions.

Ability to energize teams by instilling a sense of collaboration, urgency, quality, and priority, while fostering a sense of community.

Strong business acumen, strategic planning capabilities, and analytical skills to foresee challenges, eliminate obstacles, and assess the market with a long-term perspective.


Preferred Qualifications:

Empathy and determination to support a diverse team, effectively navigate ambiguity, and embrace change.
Familiarity with the channel reseller market, consumer technology industry, and partner landscape is advantageous.

Experience in technology sales or solution-based selling, particularly in leading teams to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth, is a plus.

Experience managing a geographically dispersed team is also beneficial.
