**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Business Development Manager to join our team at Hirequity Recruitment Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base in the retail sales sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new business opportunities and identifying key players in the retail sales market
  • Managing existing clients in the final mile space and generating revenue through sales and contract renewals
  • Researching accounts and identifying new opportunities to sell product lines and generate interest in renewing contracts

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in transportation, supply chain, and logistics
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with exposure to retail solutions
  • 1+ year of experience in final mile solutions (desirable)
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to self-generate new business opportunities and a keen attitude to learn
