National Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Bel. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of retail initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive retail sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including broker partners and distributors.
- Provide training and development opportunities to sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably with a focus on broker sales management and supervision.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
- Fluency in English and French is an asset.
