Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Pizza & Donair Hub. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Inventory and Supply Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
