We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Hensh Corporation. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production of baked goods, including preparing dough, batters, and icings, and ensuring that all products meet established quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Team Leadership: Train and supervise bakery personnel and kitchen staff, and ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet established standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and ensure that all products are presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field
- Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work, and willingness to relocate for this position
