Bakery Operations Manager

Fairy Sweet is seeking a skilled Bakery Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Supervise the preparation and baking of dough, batters, and icings for a variety of sweet goods, including pies, bread, rolls, cakes, and pastries.
- Staff Supervision: Train and manage a team of baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Sales and Merchandising: Oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods, including special orders and promotions.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
