Telecommunications Business Analyst and Project Coordinator

Technical Concept GmbH is seeking a proficient Telecommunications Billing Operations and Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in overseeing extensive wireless 4G/5G initiatives. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities and a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience within the telecommunications sector. Analytical thinking is essential for this position.
Primary Responsibilities:- Oversee business requirements and manage project scope for initiatives in Telecommunications, Finance, and other large-scale enterprises.
- Facilitate the deployment of technologies in new implementations and ongoing enhancement projects.
- Demonstrate expertise in gathering business requirements and executing project management activities.
- Coordinate project efforts and maintain communication with technical, business, and marketing teams.
- Implement process and procedural controls while suggesting improvements to IT systems.
- Experience in the Telecommunications field.
- Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in JIRA, tools for gathering business requirements, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and ascertain project requirements.
- Robust problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
