Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Position Title: Technical Business Systems Analyst

Line of Business: Financial Technology Specialist

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Work Environment: Collaborative Team Setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology.
  • Ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and set up flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.
  • Collaborate with business users and other stakeholders to understand their challenges with current processes, assess impact and determine solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and technology partners to capture and translate inputs and business logic into successful business outputs.
  • Contribute to project management activities such as scoping and estimating project efforts, identifying risks, recommending mitigation measures and proactively communicating/escalating possible issues.
  • Utilize technical skills to analyze and resolve complex business problems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business systems analyst role handling user stories, documentation, requirements gathering.
  • Strong SQL and Microsoft Tools skillset.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment as a member of a technology team responsible for supporting applications.
  • Azure migration experience.
  • Previous agile experience.

Nice to Have:

  • Cloud Azure experience.
  • Capital Markets experience.
  • Linux/Unix experience.
  • VBA scripts experience.
