Technical Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc. as an IT Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and a proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining complex systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implementation
Design and implement technical solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. This includes creating technical design documents, implementation plans, and diagrams of existing and future IT environments.
System Installation and ConfigurationInstall and configure Microsoft Exchange, including all prerequisites, in pre-production and production environments.
Testing and Quality AssuranceDocument and execute functional and non-functional test cases to validate the readiness of the environment.
Migration and DeploymentMigrate mail flow from the old to the new environment.
Collaboration and CommunicationCollaborate with Windows OS and Networking teams during project execution and provide status updates on progress.
Requirements- Technical Expertise
10+ years of working experience as a Technical Analyst.
Microsoft Exchange Experience3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange 2016, 2019.
PowerShell Scripting2-3+ years of hands-on experience with creating and running PowerShell scripts.
Windows Server Support6-8+ years of experience with supporting and troubleshooting Windows Server (2016, 2019).
Active Directory KnowledgeFoundational knowledge of Active Directory.
Nice-to-Have Skills- Microsoft Office 365 experience.
- Azure Active Directory experience.
- Microsoft Certifications for Windows and Active Directory.
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to work effectively with technical peers and business stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate and work closely with external vendors.
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, logical, and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will meet both the must-have and nice-to-have requirements. They should also have an internal drive and self-management skills to make rational decisions on their own. Strong collaboration abilities are also important, as they will be working closely with other teams within the Bank.
We are looking for a candidate with a post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related experience in the IT field.
