Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our staff is trained to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
