Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Staff Supervision: Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to staff members to ensure they are meeting their job requirements.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Subway, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated staff members. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
