Assistant Manager

At Belron Canada, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our Service Centre Manager in planning and executing daily activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Service Centre Manager to maximize sales and profits by meeting and exceeding financial targets.
  • Help establish store objectives and implement strategies to achieve them.
  • Evaluate team results using performance indicators (KPIs) to inform recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and make recommendations.
  • Ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining a strong trade and fleet customer base.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and coaching of team members.
  • Promote a safe and productive work environment where employees can achieve their professional and personal goals.
  • Provide technical support to Interlock and glass technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with all insurance partners.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safe work practices.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
  • Fulfill Service Centre Manager responsibilities in their absence.

Profile

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales, customer service, and/or management.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and locations.
  • Mechanical aptitudes.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented.
  • Team-oriented with ability to lead and motivate.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
