About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are supported and empowered to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 11-15 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including balancing cash, completing balance sheets, and negotiating with suppliers.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, willing to relocate.
