Position Overview

As a Food Services Supervisor at Maple Dips Incorporated, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service and maintains high standards of food quality.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Work Environment

This position is set in a fast-paced coffee shop atmosphere, where you will need to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that food quality and service meet established standards.
  • Prepare budget plans and cost estimates for operations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Compile and submit operational reports as required.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will oversee a team ranging from 1 to 10 individuals, including food and beverage servers.
