About the Role:

Traffic Tech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities through various sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide logistics and technology solutions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and other business applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tactfully relentless and disciplined approach to sales
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Outgoing personality with high energy and flexibility
