Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at ANDALOS HOLDINGS LIMITED. As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service or retail environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
