Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team at Kenora Hyundai. As a key member of our financial services department, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely and efficient payment options, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, including payment schedules and financial transactions.
  • Payment Options: Work with clients to ensure they receive their preferred payment options, including financing and leasing arrangements.
  • Operational Tasks: Perform various operational tasks, such as organizing delivery schedules, communicating with sales teams, and managing customer contact information.
  • Financial Analysis: Use Excel and other financial tools to track sales, claims, and vehicle profits, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, including MMDA and other legal agreements, to ensure compliance and minimize liability.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with sales consultants, detail teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Claims Management: Handle claims and ensure timely payment by Focus Hyundai Canada and Focus Hyundai Financial.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the MBFS Dealer Relations Manager to ensure compliance with Focus Hyundai procedures and protocols.
  • Problem-Solving: Assist service advisors with warranty and discrepancy issues, and review contracts to ensure accurate ownership and liability transfer.
  • Financial Closure: Close contracts, advise the controller to pay out flooring, and send contracts to Mercedes Benz Financial for funding.
