Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client-facing teams in executing intricate audit, review, and compliance tax assignments

  • Manage a diverse client portfolio, gaining insights into their operations and ensuring their objectives are achieved
  • Take responsibility for engagement strategy, financial oversight, and quality assurance
  • Engage with the local business ecosystem, explore business development prospects, and assist in competitive proposal submissions
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and mentor team members to foster their professional growth
  • Willingness to travel as necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

  • CPA certification is mandatory
  • At least 7 years of experience in public accounting
  • Deep understanding of business, accounting, and management principles
  • Demonstrated skills in people management, relationship cultivation, and leadership
  • Proficient in strategic planning and conceptual analysis
