Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at City Tire. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our business operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the business operations team, including correspondence, filing, and data entry.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Must speak French and English both orally and in writing.
