F&B Operations Manager

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Pursuit Collection team as a F&B Operations Manager. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service are met in our food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the food and beverage management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Supervise and lead a team of food and beverage staff to ensure exceptional guest service and high-quality food and beverage products.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of high-quality team members.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, including inventory management and cash control procedures.
- Develop and implement effective operational systems and processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality guest experiences.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve food and beverage operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in food and beverage operations.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
