About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Banff Subs Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures

Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Conduct Performance Reviews

Regularly review the performance of our team members to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.

Inventory Management

Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that we maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we maintain a positive reputation and build customer loyalty.

Operational Planning and Control

Develop and implement plans to direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that we meet our business objectives and maintain a competitive edge.
