About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Banff Subs Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and to their satisfaction.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running efficiently and effectively.
