About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Operations to join our team at Banff Subs Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Procedures

Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.

Conduct Performance Reviews

Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Operations Planning

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

Other Benefits

Permanent employment, English as the primary language of work, and 32 hours per week.
