About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Choice Pizza Ltd. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication: Respond to employee questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner, and provide ongoing support to clients after sales.
  • Administrative Tasks: Oversee the preparation of reports, maintain and manage digital databases, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
