About the Role

Canguard Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations team by providing administrative support, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Client Support: Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 35-37 hours per week.
