About the Role

The YK Career Education Society is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support our organization's goals.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support other team members to ensure they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Meeting Management: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement office procedures and routines to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support decision-making and reporting.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient office environment.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed to support business activities.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our organization.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
