- Supervising and Training: Supervise and train other workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operation.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings and events.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries to provide excellent customer service.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support decision-making.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked office.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations to support business needs.
- Reception Duties: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance.
- Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Availability: Be available to start work on the advertised start date.
