Key Responsibilities- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Work Environment: Focused on the oilfield construction sector.
- Core Duties:
- Organize and facilitate seminars, conferences, and training sessions.
- Support staff consultation and grievance handling processes.
- Oversee HR departmental activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage the flow of information within the HR team.
- Direct daily operations and evaluate performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations through regular project reviews.
- Supervise a team of over 20 personnel.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff.
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings and conferences.
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Lead the development of communication strategies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Provide exemplary customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to convey marketing messages effectively.
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
Manage a team of more than 20 employees, ensuring effective performance and development.
Experience RequirementsMinimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
