Position Overview

As a Business Client Services Consultant, you will cultivate a trust-based rapport with our corporate clientele. Your expertise in identifying business prospects combined with your customer service proficiency will significantly enhance client satisfaction.

Compensation Package

The starting salary is set at $25.85 per hour, accompanied by a tuition reimbursement program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist business clients with their banking transactions and credit requirements while guiding them through our digital platforms.
  • Evaluate and comprehend the needs of business clients to recommend optimal solutions and digital offerings.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Adhere to compliance and fraud prevention protocols.

Our Client Contact Centre operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Your work schedule will be flexible, with notifications provided three weeks in advance.

Hybrid work options may be available under specific conditions.

Team Dynamics

You will collaborate with your manager and a vibrant team of 90 professionals within the Commercial sector of our Customer Experience Centre. Our innovative work environments and advanced collaboration tools promote a positive employee experience, encouraging the sharing of ideas through regular feedback and communication.

Training and Development

Your onboarding will include practical training designed to immerse you in the call centre environment and foster relationships with colleagues. Support from trainers, peers, and your manager will be instrumental in helping you achieve your full potential.

Qualifications

  • A college diploma in a 3-year technical program (DEC) with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Capability to identify business opportunities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in spoken and written English and French is essential for engaging with clients across Canada.
