About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Consultant to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our Banking and Capital Markets Advisory practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of stakeholders and contribute to the development of comprehensive business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and translate complex business issues for clients, leveraging your operational and technical skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Design, build, and optimize business solutions that align with organizational requirements, utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive spirit.
  • Contribute to proposals and demonstrations in response to client requests, showcasing your expertise and creativity.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Finance.
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting and/or banking services, with a strong understanding of business operations and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders and diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and define problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and motivation to achieve results.
