About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Perrin Dental Laboratory Ltd. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial dental laboratory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare professionals
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
  • Administrative Support
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
    • Prepare and format medical reports and correspondence
    • Enter data into spreadsheets and documents
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Inventory Management
    • Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Office Procedures
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
    • Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take minutes
  • Computer and Technology
    • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Outlook
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment
