About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Logistics Manager to join our team at Tuo Fa Industries Equipment Co., Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize logistics operations and improve overall efficiency.
  • Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts with suppliers.
  • Inventory Management: Plan, organize, and control inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and direct daily operations, including warehouse management, transportation, and distribution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain logistics management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
