About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Eli Logistics Solutions Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Sourcing
    • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
    • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery terms.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the management of inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and distribution.
    • Implement inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Logistics and Transportation
    • Coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
    • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supply Chain Analysis
    • Conduct regular analysis of supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of logistics and procurement professionals.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a supply chain management role.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
